The organization <\/span>TERMOFORMADO TERMOPACK S.L.U (TTPACK) <\/b>establishes, declares and assumes its commitment to Quality as the central axis of its activity, ensuring that the products and services supplied meet the expectations, requirements and needs of our Customers and other interested parties. <\/span> <\/p>

To this end, TTPACK adopts the following principles: <\/span><\/p>

1. Commitment to Quality and Continuous Improvement <\/b><\/p>

The final Quality of the supply and distribution service of plastic films is the result of <\/span>planned, systematic and documented actions <\/b>in <\/span>PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT<\/b>, applied throughout the Product\/Service cycle. <\/span> <\/p>

2. Context Analysis and Risk Management <\/b><\/p>

TTPACK periodically analyzes its <\/span>internal and external context<\/b>, identifying the <\/span>risks and opportunities <\/b> that may affect Quality, Customer satisfaction and business sustainability. This analysis allows the organization to define its strategy and guide decision-making. <\/span><\/p>

3. Compliance with Requirements and Applicable Legislation <\/b><\/p>

Contractual requirements, the needs and expectations of our customers, and compliance with current legislation \u2014including environmental regulations and the tax on non-recycled plastics\u2014 constitute the basic criteria for establishing the Quality standard applied to all our products and services. <\/span><\/p>

4. Transparency and Availability of Information <\/b><\/p>

Quality requirements and commitments are available to our Customers and interested parties, ensuring clear, accessible and effective communication. <\/span><\/p>

5. Responsibility Across All Areas <\/b><\/p>

Quality applies in all areas of TTPACK. Each department must assume its roles and responsibilities, ensuring that the activities carried out contribute to compliance with the Quality Policy. <\/span><\/p>

Each worker is responsible for Quality in their work area. The Head of the Quality Department drives the implementation of this Policy, defines the <\/span>Quality Objectives<\/b>, carries out the <\/span>monitoring<\/b>, and verifies its compliance.<\/span><\/p>

6. Staff Training, Competence and Motivation <\/b><\/p>

Management considers a priority the <\/span>continuous training<\/b>, the <\/span>technical competence <\/b>and the <\/span>motivation of staff <\/b>to ensure proper Quality management and performance improvement. <\/span> <\/p>

7. Internal and External Communication <\/b><\/p>

TTPACK ensures effective communication at all levels about aspects that affect Quality, using mechanisms that guarantee traceability and appropriate dissemination of information. <\/span><\/p>

\u2713 <\/span>Dissemination of the Quality Policy <\/b> <\/p>

To ensure that the Quality Policy is understood, applied, and maintained: <\/span><\/p>

  1. Internal dissemination <\/b><\/li><\/ol>
    • The Quality Manager conducts regular information sessions and records attendance.<\/span> \u00b7 <\/span>The Policy is printed and kept accessible to all employees.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul>
      1. External dissemination <\/b><\/li><\/ol>
        • Publication on the corporate website: www.ttpack.es<\/b><\/b><\/li>
        • Systematic inclusion of the Quality Policy (T1204) in the documentation sent to Customers.

          8. Management Commitment<\/b><\/p>

          The Management of TTPACK commits to periodically review this Policy to ensure its suitability, currency and alignment with the organization’s strategy, the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the needs of our Clients. <\/span><\/p>
